2. Description of Service
NextLevel LMS provides an online learning platform that enables instructors to create and sell courses, and students to purchase and access educational content. The service includes course creation tools, payment processing, and learning management features.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
4. Course Content
Instructors retain ownership of their course content but grant NextLevel LMS a license to host, display, and distribute the content through the platform. Students receive a limited, non-exclusive license to access purchased courses for personal, non-commercial use.
5. Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely through our payment providers. Course prices are set by instructors. Refund policies vary by course and are subject to our refund policy.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Users agree not to:
- Share account credentials with others
- Download or redistribute course content without authorization
- Upload malicious content or spam
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Engage in fraudulent activities
7. Intellectual Property
The NextLevel LMS platform, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by NextLevel LMS and protected by intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
NextLevel LMS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
